FREE SHIPPING ON UPS GROUND ORDERS
National Tool Warehouse offers FREE shipping for all UPS ground orders over $75.00
An $9.99 shipping fee will be applied to UPS ground orders under $75.00
Free Shipping Qualifications:
- Shipping via UPS ground to a single address within the continental U.S. (does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, APO’s and FPO’s)
- Shipping to AK or HI cannot exceed 70 lbs
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes
- We are not shipping internationally at this time
2ND DAY & NEXT DAY SHIPMENTS
For 2nd day and next day shipments, the order must be placed before 12:00 pm CST to be eligible to ship that day after clearing payment processing.
Lift gate charges are additional for truck freight shipments.
It is the responsibility of the customer when signing for deliveries to make sure the product is free from visible damage prior to signing or such damage/shortage must be noted in writing with the freight carrier before accepting shipment. Otherwise, National Tool Warehouse customer service will assist the customer in filing the freight claim for reimbursement from the carrier but any possible loss will be incurred by the customer.
